TEACHING FACULTY
Our well qualified & experienced teachers understand their importance in shaping the mind of young students to create the required passion and zeal to achieve best results. They are regularly updated & well versed with the syllabus and ready to incorporate the changing dynamics of teaching methods. Our teachers understand the need to connect with each student and provide them with adequate knowledge & guidance that will help them to motivate to learn, build their character and inculcate the habit of learning.
STUDENTS COUNSELLING
We believe that every student is special and different. Every child needs special attention and has something to share, so is the need to speak. Our expert counsellors & coordinators note the behavior pattern of each child in co-relation with the teachers. Our regular one to one counselling with each student help them overcome their limitations and develop positive attitude, which in turn helps them excel & achieve success.
Regular Parents meeting help us correlate and understand the progress of each student & hurdles faced in getting desired results. Parents are always kept up to date regarding the child progress. Also they are welcome to come & meet our coordinators / counsellors to discuss the child’s progress by prior appointment.
Academic & Career Counselling sessions are also held twice a year to engage parents & students on a common platform and help them decide the best options available for a bright future for their ward.
COURSE CURRICULUM
A well researched & developed course curriculum for each subject helps the teachers & students to complete each chapter and syllabus within the time frame. This gives the child enough time to study, understand, clear the concepts, raise doubts and master the topic thereby helping in building a strong foundation. Our curriculum is always in sync with local schools so that the student doesn’t feel extra pressure of learning 2-3 different topics at the same time.
Revision lectures are taken regularly for each topic so that student remembers the content & essence of each subject. Practice sessions are arranged & class tests are taken so that the child is always ready and prepared for any upcoming exams in school or class.
STUDY MATERIAL
Study materials of each subject is designed in a simple and concise way so that the child can get complete information related to the topic at one place. The material covers all the relevant questions and answers for the topic in a structured & systematic way which will help the student learn and understand the topic easily & they will not require to refer any other books for additional information. It will provide the student as ready reference book and guide for them to prepare well for exams and achieve success.
TEST SERIES
Practice makes Perfect & what better way to achieve same than through regular test series. Weekly, monthly, quarterly tests are planned & conducted. Regular tests will be conducted for each topic once completed for all subjects. We ensure every child improves their performance through these planned test series in such a way that whenever he has to appear for a exam be in school or any other platform, the child feels at ease & there is no peer or performance pressure on him. This itself will go a long way in helping the child develop a positive attitude & be ready to face any challenge in life.
DIGITAL LEARNING
Living in the digital area with a plethora of options available, we provide classroom digital learning platform which help the students visualize, understand the concepts and clarify their doubts easily. Children are aptly able to correlate things when taught with the help of animations & illustrations. It helps them to remember the topics easily and combined with proper teaching helps to get remarkable results.
OLYMPIADS / SPELL BEE
We also provide coaching for various International Olympiads (SOF / NOF) & Spell Bee Competitions for the child to prepare in time and be at par with their peers. Also special English Grammar & Essay Writing class are conducted for students of 5 th to 9 th Std
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
It is our belief that once a while we all need to unwind and relax our mind to refresh it and bounce back with 100% efficiency. That’s the reason at AATHESH Academy we organize a monthly camp wherein the students can open up & participate OR showcase their talent in various activities like Music, Art & Craft, Quiz, Elocution, Debate etc. It is our way of letting the children know that they can enjoy and learn at the same time & yet retain their zeal and achieve success.
